Camel for Spring

Spring has finally started to peek through in New York City and I am embracing it with open arms. I am tired of the harsh cold air. There is still snow in the background of these photos but the temperature was way above 40 degrees and this week it could possibly peek into the 60s. Ok enough of my weather report, time to focus on what’s important and that is, what are you going to be wearing this Spring?

For me, I am finding myself gravitating towards lighter color palettes. The pastel trend is definitely something I am eyeing, but when it comes to neutrals I am leaning towards camel/beige tones. The color tones are so sophisticated and look elegant on anyone. I opted to mix some brown pieces into my ensemble and add some white to separate the shades. For some color, I added my baby pink Mansur Gavriel Elegant Bag. I am obsessed with the shape and clasp of this bag. It’s so lady like and actually holds many things. Because the temperatures are warming up, I finally pulled out my sneakers. I love wearing white sneakers despite the fact they can get dirty. If you are looking to add something spring-like to your wardrobe, opt for a pair of white sneakers.

I had fun exploring more parts of Brooklyn. My friend and I went to Prospect Park to shoot these photos.

Shop my look: H&M coat / Everlane pants / Mansur Gavriel Elegant Bag (similar) / Reebok sneakers
