COMPUTER GLASSES

For the past year now, I have noticed that when I spend all day on the computer I get major headaches. I get pain in the back of my eyes, my head throbs, and my eyes burn for the rest of the day. Sometimes headaches are due to other things, but recently, it has gotten to point that even if I spend an hour on the computer I get a headache. I know it is bad to be on the computer all the time, but I need to get things done. Especially if I’m building digital models on the computer all day in studio, there is no time to rest.

So, I did some research instead of going to the doctor for an eye exam because I can see perfectly fine, I have 20/20 vision. I started looking for something to help ease the pain from looking at the computer, aside from getting off the computer, and decided to search for some eye glasses. It was tricky because 95% of eye glasses are prescription or have some magnification to the lens, which I do not need. But EyeBuyDirect offered EBD lens specifically for computers and block the blue light from your eyes. That’s why the lens look blue/green in the reflection. I figured I could give them a try. I have used them for a few days now at work and whenever I am on the computer.I have noticed some difference, but time will tell!

EyeBuyDirect has tons of cute frames, I picked out these matte frames because I wanted something that was hip and I’m only going to wear them on the computer. These lens can come in prescription and the frames I’m wearing only cost me $45 (with coupon & not including shipping and tax), which is amazing! There’s more to choose online, if I bought another pair, it would probably be some yellow frames just for kicks.
