NYFW FALL/WINTER 2016

New York Fashion Week just wrapped up! Woohoo! Twice a year ‘Fashion Month’ happens, once in the spring and once in the fall, in New York , London, Milan, and Paris. New trends are set and tons of designs are constructed intricately to display on the runway.

I chose only two looks from my favorite designer’s Fall/Winter 2016 collection, so the content of this post wouldn’t be a million miles long. This was extremely difficult to do, since I tend to find something I love about every look, but I chose the ones I was obsessed with or the ones that seemed interestingly put together. Some trends I saw across the runway were faux fur, multiple mixtures of patterns, metallics, intricate lace, and slender sleeves. Of course you have the designers who stick to their roots and just elaborate on previous designs, or see the designers who go completely against trends and create something radical. I love them all! [Not to mention Lady Gaga walking the Marc Jacobs show!!!!]

What are some of your favorite looks/designers?

Enjoy!
