A new year has already begun and I am busy preparing for studio. In the midst of all the chaos of trying to get back into a routine, I am also planning my trips for the year.
My family and I plan on embarking on a trip to the American West and discovering the Grand Canyon and all its glory. I am super excited because I’ve been to quite a few places around the world, but I haven’t really explored my own country. And if I were to explore any part of the US first, it would be the western United States. Just look up pictures, the landscape is jaw-dropping! We haven’t planned exactly where we are going, but if you guys have any suggestions please share.
Later in the year, I will be boarding a plane to Italy to study abroad for four months! It is a required course in my degree plan for architecture majors to go on study abroad. It was a tough choice between Italy and Spain, but I couldn’t pass up living in Italia. The pasta, the gelato, the scenery… I am so ready to go, it’s killing me! My friends and I are already mapping places and cities we want to explore on our free time. You can guarantee that I will be bombarding Instagram with pictures and writing as many blog posts as I can to keep you guys updated.
How are you planning your 2016?
Please share with me any places/countries I should visit while on study abroad!
